Latent Studies is a writing series by artist, educator, writer Patricia Silva, launched in March 2024. This project includes an archive of 10+ years of writing on art and photography through a queer nonbinary lens (2009-2019), as well as new writing produced from new and brighter corners of that existing criteria.

For the price of an almond latté every month, your subscription supports the development of new writing and visual stories, which requires thorough research, sometimes trips, and the collaboration of multiple librarians, all before I even sit down to write. And then, the pictures.
